These bodies are ours for life.  They go through seasons of change (pregnancy, parenthood, menopause, etc.), so my approach to health and fitness is to be in it for the long game.

I started Longevity Fitness to help you build consistency and develop sustainable habits to build a body you are proud of that can carry you through life's seasons by guiding you through personalized, enjoyable, and sustainable workout and nutrition plans.

Understanding Goals, Making a Plan

In my custom personal training and nutrition program, I start with a personal call with the client that allows me to truly understand my client's goals, challenges, and what has worked or not worked for them in the past. By actively listening and engaging in a conversation, I gain valuable insights into their aspirations, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, improved fitness, or overall well-being. I make sure to address any obstacles or setbacks they may have encountered previously, showing empathy and understanding. This initial conversation sets the stage for me to create a personalized program that caters to their unique needs, maximizing their success and helping them achieve long-lasting results.

When building a strength and cardio program for a client, I prioritize customizing it to help them meet their fitness goals while considering the equipment they have access to and any physical limitations they may have. By understanding their specific needs, I can create a program that maximizes their progress while working within these constraints. If they have limited equipment, I focus on designing exercises that utilize their available resources effectively, incorporating bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or other creative alternatives. Additionally, I take into account any physical limitations they may have, modifying exercises or introducing low-impact variations to ensure safety and prevent injury. Through this customized approach, I aim to empower my clients to achieve their fitness goals while working with what they have and optimizing their overall well-being.

Nutrition Coaching

A Healthier You

In developing my nutrition coaching program, I emphasize the importance of building a balanced plate and meeting macro nutrient targets to help clients achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. I steer away from fad diets and extreme caloric restriction, as these approaches often lead to short-term results and are unsustainable in the long run. Instead, I educate clients about the significance of nourishing their bodies with a variety of satisfying foods. By focusing on a well-rounded approach, clients can enjoy satisfying meals while meeting their nutritional needs. This sustainable approach promotes long-term success and helps clients maintain a healthy lifestyle without feeling deprived or restricted. Together, we work towards creating a positive relationship with food, fostering balance, and achieving their desired health outcomes.

Check-ins and Adjustments

Engaging & Adaptive

Regular check-ins with the client are an essential part of my coaching approach. These check-ins allow me to track their progress, understand what is working well for them, and make necessary adjustments to their program. By staying connected, I can ensure that we continue making consistent progress towards their goals. Additionally, I believe in keeping the workouts interesting by incorporating variety. This not only helps prevent boredom but also challenges the body in different ways, promoting continual adaptation and growth. Whether it's introducing new exercises, modifying the training intensity, or exploring different workout formats, I strive to keep my clients engaged and motivated throughout their fitness journey. By combining regular check-ins and program adjustments with a diverse range of exercises, we create an environment that supports long-term success and ongoing enjoyment of their fitness routine.
